Second reading of Straw's motor bill lapsed

The order to read Jack Straw’s Motor Insurance Regulation Bill a second time has lapsed.
The bill was due to have its second reading in the House of Commons on 20 January.
However, the bill was not moved for debate and the order to real the bill a second time has lapsed with no indication of when the bill will progress further.
The Bill to crack down on referral fees had its first reading on 13 September 2011 through the Ten minute Rule procedure.
