Lord Young to speak

The Rt Hon Lord Young of Graffham, who is heading an inquiry into health and safety regulatory framework, will be speaking at an invitation-only forum in London on 25 October hosted by Cardinus Risk Management in partnership with the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management. Questions will be addressed by the forum chair Peter Hall, director of IIRSM, and speakers Gerard Forlin QC and David Smith, managing director of Zurich Insurance, UK Broker Division.
