If you cancel your booking prior to 21 days before the event, you will receive a refund less a handling and admin charge of £70 + vat (£84.00)
If a cancellation is made later than 21 days before the event, no refund will be given. However, in this situation we will accept substitute delegates. Please inform the conference organisers of any changes.
All cancellations must be made in writing and will be acknowledged in writing by Gunpowder Media
