• Full payment is due within 15 days of invoice
• Registration is only confirmed on receipt of payment in full
• If you cancel your booking prior to 21 days before the event, you will receive a refund less a handling and admin charge of £70 + vat (£84.00)
• If a cancellation is made later than 21 days before the event, no refund will be given. However, in this situation we will accept substitute delegates. Please inform the conference organisers of any changes.
• All cancellations must be made in writing and will be acknowledged in writing by Gunpowder Media
• Due to circumstances that may be beyond our control, Gunpowder Media and The Claims Standards Council reserve the right to amend the programme and/or speakers without prior notice.
