Members of the public who wish to complain about the conduct of a CSC member should go to the Claims Management Regulation Monitoring and Compliance Unit at the Ministry of Justice.

All businesses that provide claims management services must, under the Compensation Act 2006, be authorised by the Ministry of Justice, unless exempted.

Businesses which are suspended by the MoJ or lose their authorisation altogether are no longer authorised to provide claims management services
