Members of the public who wish to complain about the conduct of a CSC member should go to the Claims Management Regulation Monitoring and Compliance Unit at the Ministry of Justice.
All businesses that provide claims management services must, under the Compensation Act 2006, be authorised by the Ministry of Justice, unless exempted.
The regulation of claims management services is carried out by the Ministry of Justice. If you have a complaint about a claims management company click here to go directly to the regulation site, where you may report it.
Businesses which are suspended by the MoJ or lose their authorisation altogether are no longer authorised to provide claims management services
